The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sally Spectra might pretend like she is innocent in all of this, but truth be told, she’s actually responsible for some of the gaslighting here. Because by now, you’d think that she would just choose one Newman brother and stick with it, right? Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Sally comes clean with Nick about the kiss that she had with his brother, Adam. Suffice to say, he’s not too pleased about this revelation at all. If that weren’t enough, Sally also tells Nick that she loves him but at the same time, she can’t tell him that she’s in love with him.
Courtney Hope, who plays Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “I think there’s forever this part of Sally where she doesn’t find herself worthy of love. Even though Nick is saying he’s in love with Sally, she doesn’t really feel it because she’s so in her head. Nick is such a good guy but Sally gets in her own way. I think she feels a pull to Adam because she really does believe he loves her. So Sally asks Nick to be patient and promises that she will eventually be able to say that she’s in love with him.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that even though Sally suggests that the two of them should have a romantic picnic in the park, Nick notices that she’s distracted. Courtney continued, “She now believes she’s got to do this deep dive with Nick and be totally honest so she suddenly blurts out, ‘Adam kissed me.’ But we are going to find out that even someone as understanding as Nick has a breaking point and Sally hitting him in the head with this definitely helps him reach it.”
