General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, September 25 tease good news, apologies and confrontations. Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) delivers good news, while Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) delivers an apology, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) a confrontation.
At Charlie’s Pub, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) arrives a bit late for her meeting with Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) who she saved from pervy producer Linc Brown (Dan Buran).
Now instead of helping Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) bust Linc and save Blaze, she tells her she wants to sign her as her first client.
After Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) threw Brook Lynn under the bus at Deception Cosmetics and got her fired, she’s back working her heart’s desires in music.
Blaze undoubtedly will say yes-not only does Brook Lynn get her music, she’s her friend. This should be a great comeback for both Brook Lynn and Blaze.
Behind the bar at Charlie’s, Blaze fangirl Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is frustrated as she talks to mom Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
It’s difficult to tell if she’s frustrated with Blaze or her sister, Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith). She asks Alexis “how can she not want a relationship with me?”
Alexis had just come from the courthouse where she talked to Molly, and Molly and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) surrogate had called Molly.
Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) showed up at the courthouse to tell Molly in front of Alexis that she’d taken a home pregnancy test and it was positive.
In the meanwhile, Molly has gone to GH to tell TJ what she learned-she says she has news to share. TJ should be thrilled-that means if all goes well, and the home pregnancy test was accurate, Baby Ashford-Davis should be arriving around July 2024. That’s nine months to get ready, nine months to anticipate, nine months to pray nothing goes wrong.
Both Molly and TJ should be very excited. Kristina, however maybe not so much since they turned her down.
Elsewhere at GH, Portia spots Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and shouts, “Anna, wait” as Anna wheels around. Portia had chased her away, overprotecting Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) when Anna had came to check on him.
Portia is finally coming to realize her control mechanisms don’t go over well with either her husband or her daughter. At least one can hope she’s figuring it out before she drives everyone away!
Elsewhere in the hospital, Jake Spencer (Hudson West) makes a confession that Anna would probably want to her. But Jake tells his mother, Head Nurse Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) he has to talk to her about Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
He seems concerned, perhaps he’s noticed some bizarre behavior or something that reminds him of his time on Cassadine Island, which it took a long time for him to recover from.
Might Charlotte have used that pack of tarot cards in front of him and he’s worried about those? Jake is old enough to remember when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) came back and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was trying to control him with one!
Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) as he tells Nina of a surprise. It sounds like he’s closed on a new house for him, Charlotte and Anna to live in.
He tells her what he has planned is going to make us all move right past it; “it” being Charlotte targeting Anna. But Nina might tell him that’s not such a good idea, because Charlotte didn’t seem to want Anna involved-she asked her. Charlotte is going to need more than just a new house.
At his office in Pozzulo’s, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is horrified and angry at the news Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) brings. Sonny sweeps his desk in frustration as he hears Dex say “they told me that it’s bad”.
This news would be of Drew being beaten within an inch of his life at Pentonville, and Sonny will race to the hospital.
Sonny had asked Drew to find out who Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) was at Pentonville to see when he passed Drew and Carly with his medical bag. Obviously, Drew’s asking around didn’t have the results Sonny hoped to get, and now Drew’s fighting for his life.
GH Spoilers: Confrontation
At the hospital, Carly and Sonny have both arrived as they sit and wait on news of Drew, Elizabeth updating Carly. Carly looks grieved as she confronts Sonny, reminding him he’d promised to protect Drew in prison.
Sonny now realizes the people he has in Pentonville aren’t loyal and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is at the top of the list. Cyrus covered himself well in spite of calling for the hit, he also called the ambulance.
