Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that Vivian is up to her old tricks and is trying to pull Phillip Kiriakis (John Paul Lavoisier) into her mess.

Vivian has kicked Maggie out as CEO of Titan and taken over herself. Vivian even plans to start pushing illegal drugs using Titan. Phillip will certainly tell Kate what Vivian has been up to.

Kate isn’t one bit afraid of Vivian and will go head-to-head with her over Phillip at any time. On top of that, Kate knows there is no way that Victor Kiriakis (the late John Aniston) would want Vivian anywhere near his house or his company.
