The Young and the Restless spoilers say that there’s going to be a familiar face that fans are going to see in an upcoming episode of the show. Well, she will at least be familiar to those who have been paying attention to Mark Grossman’s (Adam Newman) Instagram account. That’s because the actor’s very own mother has landed a minor role on the show. How exciting! Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Mark, who is obviously very proud of his mother, shared a few behind-the-scenes photos and videos of his beloved mom getting ready to film a few scenes on The Young and the Restless. From the looks of it, this was her first time doing a scene from the show. She certainly nailed it! And what’s more important, she looked like she had a lot of fun, too! While Mark didn’t share any specific details about her role, it did look like she was a diner in a scene that was shared with Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers).
Now, this isn’t the first time that Mark has put his mother in the spotlight. During The Young and the Restless’ 50th Anniversary party back in March, Mark brought both his mother and his stepfather to the soiree with him. There’s no doubt that Mark’s mother managed to impress everyone even back then, which is probably why she was invited to visit the set of The Young and the Restless. Before you know it, she’s going to end up with her own storyline. Ha!
So far Mark hasn’t said when his mother’s episode will air, but there’s no doubt that fans will be on the lookout. It goes without saying that The Young and the Restless viewers will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next!
