The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victoria Newman has had it with her father, Victor Newman. She’s not going to be treated like a second thought without her own family’s business and that’s why she’s thinking about walking out the door once and for all. Here’s what you need to know.

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Victor is making some major changes from within the company. The Young and the Restless Executive Producer and Head Writer Josh Griffith puts it this way, “Victor has reclaimed the throne at Newman because he thinks his company and life work has been fractured. Now it only seems logical that he would put his portrait back up in its proper place.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Nate enters the room and is still in shock over the shake-up. Later on, Victoria shows up and questions her father’s motives. She says that she is being punished and doesn’t know why.

Griffith explains, “As expected, Victoria is taking all of the changes at Newman very personally. Victor reminds her that all of the recent changes were business decisions but Victoria cannot help but feel dismissed and hurt by her father.”

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Victoria?

Yet, Victor says that he’s doing this for family unity, but Victoria doesn’t seem to believe it. Griffith explains, “When Victoria levels the blame at Victor, their conversation gets very heated. Victor reminds her that Newman Enterprises is not run by consensus but by one person in charge,” and also adds, “Victoria is shocked that her years of hard work and leadership are being so easily discarded and now she’s faced with a tough decision. Little does she know, Victor’s changes at Newman Enterprises are just beginning as he will stop at nothing to protect his legacy.”
