Previously, Mark was linked to his Y&R co-stars Sharon Case and Courtney Hope. Thankfully, both of the relationships ended amicably which is a good thing since Mark still works with both ladies on a daily basis on the set of The Young and the Restless. At the same time though, his character has relationships with their on-screen characters, Sharon Newman and Sally Spectra. Talk about getting up close and personal in more ways than one.
