The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Steffy Forrester’s pregnancy complications have gotten a lot of attention on the show. In fact, it was a major storyline on the show back in 2018. That’s because she didn’t know who the father of her child was! And all of her stress certainly led to a lot of emotional complications at the time. As many The Bold and the Beautiful fans know by now, Steffy and her father-in-law Bill Spencer have gotten together several times now. In fact, their history is a long one as Steffy even had the hots for the Spencer Publications CEO back when he was engaged to Katie Logan. Thankfully, Katie’s heart attack ended their romance. 

Steffy has also had a complicated relationship with Bill’s son Liam Spencer. As many The Bold and the Beautiful fans know, Liam has a long history of going back and forth between Steffy Forrester and Hope Logan. But there was also a moment in which Steffy saw Liam Spencer kissing Sally Spectra. Steffy got so upset over it that it actually drove her back to Bill.

Well, Steffy and Bill ended up having a very hot and passionate affair even though she was still married to Liam. The chemistry was so off the charts that some B&B fans still even talk about it today.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Steffy And Her Future?

After one thing led to another, Steffy ended up getting pregnant. As much as Steffy wanted to remove herself from all things Bill and their affair, she and the Spencer men were all forced to take pregnancy tests. At one point, Bill even pursued Steffy in the hopes that they would get married. But the DNA test proved Liam Spencer to be the father of her child.

Steffy ended up giving birth to a healthy baby girl. But as many soap fans even know, there’s still a mystery to be solved as some people believe that because Liam and Bill share so much of the same DNA, Bill could easily be the father as well.
