General Hospital spoilers say that it seems like a lot of fans can agree that the soap’s current surrogacy storyline has hit a dead end. That’s because there seems to be very little interest in it, and that might have to do with the chemistry between TJ and the new Molly in Port Charles. Here’s what you need to know.

As many General Hospital fans know by now, the character of Molly has seen a lot of face changes this past summer. And while actress Brooke Anne Smith has been in the role for well over a month now, fans just can’t seem to warm up to her. They either think that she looks too old for Molly or that the chemistry between her and TJ just isn’t working out right now. That’s why there seems to be so much disinterest in the surrogate storyline even though there’s a possibility that Kristina Davis might help carry the couple’s child.

It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the surrogacy storyline on social media. Some have even commented with, “I was trying not to mind too much, but today pushed me over the edge. Honestly I don’t know if it’s the actress or the way they’re writing Molly, but I reached my maximum tolerance today,” along with, “This is so not Molly. Kristina’s father was arrested and Molly can’t support her because suddenly she’s all about having a baby since like 20 minutes ago. This is a FF button  storyline for me.”

General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For TJ And Molly?

Another critic wrote, “I didn’t care for it to begin with, but at least it was going to give Lexi and Haley a story, so I was willing to give it a chance. With them recasting Kristina out of the blue and HP’s offscreen issues, I could care less about it. Last thing this show needs is another baby story.”
