The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 5 tease that the jazz lounge is the new It place to be in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

There Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) admits to mom Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) that he is impacted by the presence of his ex, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) in GC.

Daniel is starting to embark on a second time romance with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) so his feelings are rather important given that he has feelings for two women.

Wouldn’t you know, Heather conveniently stumbles onto this convo and decides to eavesdrop.

Elsewhere Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) tends to Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) latest life crisis. Mariah and her wife Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) have just discovered that their little one, Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle), has hearing loss.

Devon has spoken to the couple about his own hearing issues and now he steps up for Mariah.

But where is Tessa? Maybe that’s the point as Mariah talks with Devon about something her partner may not be on board with.

Explosive show spoilers reveal that after the convo, Mariah may drop a bombshell on her loved ones.

It could be about Aria’s treatment, or it might have something to do with her decision to join her mom Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) business venture.

The business venture is in the crosshairs of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and has hit some turbulence.
