When it comes to Ashley Abbott, it seems like she always leaves just as quickly as she often returns. This time around it looks like Tucker has managed to convince her that it’s time to get out of town. During the most recent episode of The Young and the Restless, Tucker sent Ashley a text message that said, “Are you up for a trip to Paris? Honeymoon? Meet me at the airport. I need to get away from all of this.”

Of course Ashley’s answer is going to be yes. She is about to dip!

It goes without saying that many The Young and the Restless fans have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “As predicted, Eileen Davidson is leaving Y&R again. I am hoping that Billy’s irrational temper tantrum with Jack is so short lived. I am hoping the promo of his words to Diane Is not him taking over for Ashley in hating Diane But a rouse in the promo,” along with, “All the family battles must stop. I also think the show needs more characters like Audra or Sally. Connected to the main families by dating or sleeping but not blood relations. It’s time for family members to go and new characters to be introduced with the same care as Audra. A developed character.”

Another Y&R critic wrote, “I don’t think anyone is going to miss Ashley Abbott at this point. It’s the same merry go round over and over again. I live for soap scenes like between Nikki and Audra. I agree that all this fighting between the family members is getting so boring. Much better than business merry go rounds and passionless hookups…..(Nick and Sally, I’m looking at you…)”
