According to TV Line, Cruel Summer star Lisa Yamada will be joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful. From what we know so far, she’s on a contract role and that she’ll be playing a character by the name of Luna. She’s a college student in fashion design who will arrive at Forrester Creations with a huge secret. Now, what that secret is, no one knows right now.
There’s speculation that Luna might be tied into a new storyline with RJ Forrester. After all, much hasn’t been going on with RJ ever since he returned back home. That, or she might have a connection with either the Buckinghams or someone like Zende Forrester. That, or there’s a chance that she might know something about Sheila Carter and her past, too. The possiblitires are endless. There’s no doubt that The Bold and the Beautiful fans are eager to find out what it is as it’s been a very long time since a newcomer has joined the show!
TV Line further reports that Yamada began taping her first episodes last week and that her first air date is slated for Wednesday, September 13th, which is right around the corner. Not only was this a cruel summer for the Logan, Forrester, and Spencer legacy families, but it looks like it’s going to be a cruel fall, too. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more juicy drama to come.
