General Hospital spoilers say that Sam McCall has had many different partners throughout her life in this fictional town of Port Charles. But of course, each one made a different impact on her, too. And while a lot of people might miss the old Jason Morgan or even Drew Cain, it seems like Sam has found true happiness with none other than Dante Falconeri. And yes, General Hospital fans seem to think so, too. Here’s what you need to know.
It seems like whenever Sam and Dante have a scene together (played by actors Kelly Monaco and Dom Zamprogna), fans go wild. They always look so relaxed in each other’s company. They are carefree and there’s no denying that the chemistry between them is off the charts. In fact, one General Hospital fan recently commented on social media with, “Loved these sweet scenes in their bedroom. Such a treat to see them unwind together, connecting after long, hard days and supporting each other as they talk things through.”
Back in February of 2022, Dom even talked about the “contrarian dynamic” between his character and Sam McCall. He told TV Insider in an interview, “Kelly and I were talking about Sam and Dante. I love that it’s not what Dante and Lulu were. You’ve got a contrarian dynamic between Sam and Dante. He’s a cop. She’s an ex-con/private eye. This is new territory for both of them. It’s making some interesting stuff to play. We didn’t rush the ‘I love yous’ with each other. They came out over time. I think more and more people are wanting to see where they could go.”
And there you have it, folks. That’s the secret to #Sante. Now, as far as what’s next for Sam and Dante (or #Sante, as social media likes to call them, remains to be seen). It goes without saying that General Hospital fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what happens next!
