General Hospital star Laura Wright and Wes Ramsey have been going strong for several long years now. While both Laura and Wes were co-stars on the hit ABC soap for many years, it wasn’t until Wes asked Laura on a date nearly six years ago that their love began to blossom. And now they seem like the happiest couple in the daytime television world and for a good reason, too. Here’s what you need to know.
It’s safe to say that Laura Wright and Wes Ramsey’s secret to love and success is simply being happy in each other’s presence. The two of them just enjoy spending time with one another and also don’t seem to put pressure on each other to take the next step in their relationship. And we all know what that means: marriage.
The couple celebrated their sixth anniversary back in April. Wes shared a photo of them together and captioned it with, “6 years ago today I had her number and the butterflies to go with it! She agreed to let me take her out on the town! We laughed & fell madly in love in a magical & instantaneous kind of way. We saw live theater, reminisced, courted one another with romance & honesty…& kept smiling & laughing into the night. I knew my life would never be the same again…& I’m a better man for it. Happy US day beautiful! Here we are, still making our way….I love you.”
It goes without saying that whenever Laura shares a photo of her and Wes together, she is always smiling. The two of them certainly make one another happy and if just being boyfriend and girlfriend works for them, then that must definitely be their secret. Well, it’s not a secret anymore now that General Hospital fans know what’s up! Here’s hoping these two love birds stay together for many long years to come. Now, if only they would get Wes to come back to Port Charles, right?
