Days Of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 29: reveal that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) hits rock bottom. Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) news will affect matters at that police department.

Shawn Brady Hits Rock Bottom

Days of Our Lives Spoilers Shawn hits rock bottom after his latest drinking binge. Of course, Shawn had just gotten back to work and was even promoted to Police Commissioner before his grandfather, Victor Kiriakis’s (the late John Aniston-) plane crashed killing him on a flight back from Greece. Of course, Victor had visited Bo Brady (Peter Reckell).

Now Shawn not only blames himself for Bo’s coma but for Victoe’s death as well. Now that there is a new mayor, it seems that Shawn is about to lose his new job and possibly his wife as well.

Some rumors suggest that Shawn may feel like ending it all. However, it seems that he goes on a not-so-successful apology tour.

DOOL Spoilers: Paulina Price Makes Some Changes

Paulina’s news impacts Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering)  and Jada Hunter (Ella Cantu). Shawn’s decision to drink on the job yet again has probably sealed his fate as commissioner.

This will leave the job open for Rafe or Jada. Paulina may even try to change the rules about dating in the office as well since Jada and Rafe are already seeing each other.

Of course, it has been suggested that Rafe may decide he wants to try another line of work after being dismissed so easily, could Paulina appoint Jada as the new commissioner since she is far more qualified than Shwan was from the start?

Paulina is all about empowering women of color, will she prove that by promoting Jada?

Steve gives Abe advice on the next steps with Paulina. Abe wants to try to rekindle his romance with his wife, even if he doesn’t remember her. Paulina screams at Abe until he admits that he loves her.

Now Abe will turn to Steve for advice. Abe will even try to set up a romantic dinner for Paulina. Can Abe and Paulina get through this dinner without making their relationship worse?

Brady learns Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) is alive. Brady has believed for years that Phillip was dead. After all, Phillip faked his death to get Brady out of Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) life.

Will Brady make sure that charges are pressed after everything Phillip has put him through? Can Brady forgive Phillip and move past this?
