Many eagle-eyed fans noticed that Courtney had posted a photo of herself trying out the ‘Ice Pod’ in which she dipped her body in ice-cold water for a certain amount of time. That same day, Mark Grossman did the same thing on his Instagram account. He posted a photo of himself looking a little perplexed in the same ice pod that Courtney was in and captioned his photo with, “Is this regulation temperature or what?”

Now, while no one knows if these two are friends or maybe more than friends, The Young and the Restless fans have been paying attention to their relationship for the last couple of months, both on and off screen. For awhile it did seem like the two of them had broken up and especially after Courtney had erased some of Mark’s photos from her social media feed. But at the same time, they’ve also maintained a good enough friendship that they’ve managed to support each other as both exes and current co-stars. After all, Courtney and Mark still do have to spend a lot of time together as their characters Sally Spectra and Adam Newman are trying to figure out their own relationship on-screen.
