Days of Our Lives Spoilers Chloe is shocked to see Philip. Phillip has been assumed dead for years after he framed Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for his murder.

Phillip’s prosthetic leg was even found as evidence. However, now that Victor Kiriakis (the late John Aniston) is dead, Phillip has returned poised to take over as the Kiriakis heir no doubt.

Phillip has always had a thing for Chloe and faked his death to keep Brady away from her. Is Phillip there to apologize or is he visiting Chloe because of her engagement to Xander Cook (Paul Telfer)?

Phillip may still have feelings for Chloe and want to see if they have a chance. Why would Phillip visit Chloe before his mother?

Sarah is rushed to the hospital. Of course, Sarah is very pregnant and could go into labor at any moment.

Unfortunately, the last time Sarah was pregnant, her daughter died. Sarah is likely to be very nervous and will need someone to lean on. However, Sarah may lean on Xander instead of Rex. Will Sarah tell Xander the truth about the baby?

Maggie Kiriakis  (Suzanne  Roger) has pushed Sarah to be honest with Xander so she doesn’t have to lie to her child all of her life.

Did Maggie convince Sarah to do the right thing where Xander is concerned and finally tell him the truth about her baby? Is Sarah ready to come clean about the whole story to Xander so that he can know his child?

Shawn resists seeking help. Shawn Brady is spiraling again and doesn’t want anyone’s help. Shawn blames himself for Victor’s death.

However, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) is nowhere near Greece where Victor’s plane went down. Shawn’s drinking has gotten him into trouble before, what will happen this time?

Kate worries Rex’s relationship will end in heartbreak. Rex still cares about Sarah and has asked her to marry him. Sarah has agreed but now that she has come face-to-face with Xander she may change her mind.

Will Xander and Sarah patch things up?  Kate is afraid that is exactly what is going to happen now that Sarah is back in Salem. Can Rex survive another broken heart?
