The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, August 25 tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) once again sit down to hatch plans to thwart their enemies and guarantee the success of Newman Enterprises. Good luck!

Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is giving his new business partners Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), heartburn.

Shick want to succeed in their new venture but Adam is hellbent on forging his own path, one that proves to Victor once and for all that he is a worthy opponent and a valuable son.

Victor’s decision to allow Adam to fold SNA Media into Newman Media leaves Adam wondering what strings are attached and his suspicious mind interferes once again.

For once though, Adam’s paranoia may be justified and spot on. All signs point to Victor putting disloyal Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) in charge, not Adam.

Adam and Victor are again spinning their wheels as each tries to outmaneuver the other, but this time Victor appears to be the one with the ace up his sleeve.

At the same time, single Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) may be ready to ask her ex and current man Daniel Romalotti, (Michael Graziadei) to move in now that she’s in her brother Devon Winters’ (Bryton James) former penthouse.

Is her ask because Daniel’s ex Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) is staying on in Genoa City after repping his mom? Are we about to see a sexy love triangle bust out in GC?

Definitely maybe! Daniel is a good man, and Heather may finally be seeing the light. She could have gone back to exciting Portugal after the court case, but for some reason she wants to stick in the stodgy Midwest.

Is she having second thoughts about dumping Daniel?! Maybe Lily’s offer is down to desperation?
