She’s done everything that can be done at this point. Believe it or not, there are a lot of The Young and the Restless fans out there who are actually campaigning to put Sally Spectra back on The Bold and the Beautiful. That’s because she’s supposedly done everything that a character like her can do in Genoa City. Here’s what you need to know.
It certainly does make sense to have Sally back in the fictional town of Los Angeles that the Spencer, Forrester and Logan legacy families reside in. A lot of fans think that she would have much more to do there, especially considering that Los Angeles is more of a place for fashion than Genoa City is. That, and she can also pick up where she left off with Wyatt Spencer.
It goes without saying that many The Bold and the Beautiful fans have had a lot to say about this storyline on Twitter. Come have commented with, “They did Sally so wrong, that I want her as far away from #BoldandBeautiful as possible. They didn’t know what to do with her then, and they certainly wouldn’t know what to do with her now,” along with, “Stretching out episodes with lots of flashbacks isn’t helping either. The studio suits will find out that artificial intelligence is just not ready for primetime or even daytime.”
Another fan wrote, “To me, she just fits on Bold more than YR. She seems so out of place in Genoa City and on BB she can shake things up for Wyatt AND Thomas.”
So, does this mean that it’s time for Sally to pack up her bags and go? That’s what the consensus seems to be. But at the same time, she doesn’t want to leave a trail of her broken heart pieces left behind in Genoa City, either. Watch this space.
