According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Thomas is trying to enjoy his romance with Hope but he keeps on getting so much pushback from his family, including his sister Steffy Forrester, who thinks that Hope should return to Liam.
Matthew Atkinson, who plays Thomas Forrester on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “Seeing the situation with Liam, the fact that they have a child together, if it’s the best thing for the kids and the best thing for both of them, then he genuinely wants that her for. But that doesn’t remove his desire for her or his love for her. He has a passion for her and would love for them to be together. To have her leave and go back to her family, I think that would be heartbreaking for him, but he would understand it.”
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that when Thomas heads up, he sets up a romantic evening for Hope. But he senses something is wrong when she pulls away. Hope then opens up about how she feels about their situation.
Matthew says that Thomas tells Hope, ‘If you think the best thing for you is to be with your family, then you should do that. If that is the right thing for her, then he has to say, ‘Okay, I’m gonna back off.’”
