It looks like fans are going to have to brace themselves for another Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) reunion. Carly and Sonny are getting back together and of course, Port Charles is going to explode with the news. But we don’t mean that in a literal sense, of course. It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “Yes I’m waiting.  They really are connected and it’s not just chemistry. The way they were written was as a team. But the writing has to be better for them. Sonny needs to remember his dream – the blonde he was dreaming of and trying to find was Carly not Nina,” along with, “I think it’s just a classic pairing. I don’t like either of them with anyone else. They were so solid together for so long this time last time. Yeah, I am all in for a Carly and Sonny reunion. Put Nina with Drew or Finn or recast Jax.”

Another General Hospital fan wrote, “They’ve been my SUPERCOUPLE for decades.  I want them back together but Sonny needs to get hit on the head or something. These two have a connection that I have never seen on any other couple before. Besides Mac. and Rachel on another  world…. These two work so so well together!
