At the time, Ava was being “haunted” and guided by her psychotic visions of her dead son Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) who “guided” her and Susan off a cliff!

There are some questions as to whether the hallucinogens she was given by Charlie when he kept her captive and later was killed could still crop up and affect her.

Poor Ava had fallen for her old mob buddy, Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) late twin, Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) who was shot to death in her arms.

They had just gotten engaged, and when Stefan reappeared alive after being given Jake’s heart, it drove Ava over the edge! She thought he was Jake’s ghost, but even after it was all explained, she still kept psychotically spiraling.

DOOL Spoilers: She Could Have Blocked What Happened To Susan Banks Out

It’s entirely possible that Ava, in her fragile state of mind, could have blocked what really happened to Susan out. It’s doubtful that either Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) or Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) had Susan, even if

Thomas Banks (Eileen Davidson) had found her and forced them to heal her. If Megan had Susan, Harris probably would have known and helped free her once he was out from under her brain control already if he realized she was another kidnapped victim.

It’s possible if she starts hallucinating again she could see Susan-but realize it’s a traumatic flashback and feel guilty, and tell Harris-it’s not beyond the realm of possibility.

Ava felt guilty after she set a bomb to St. Luke’s to go off at Susan’s “funeral” at Charlie’s command, and came in and warned people, although not everyone emerged safely.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Harris Michaels Can Be A Hero Again

Even if Harris is in the same boat as Ava, Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) and Philip Kiriakis (John Paul Lavosier)-in Bayview-he’ll get out eventually.

And when he does, he will be given the chance to be a hero again-possibly Ava will remember enough to know where to send him after Susan.

She might be able to offer some kind of evidence, even though it’s been over a year now-perhaps having Harris go to the scene of the crash.

EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) did a thorough comb through of the site, where the car went off the cliff.

Harris, being trained as a Navy Seal might be able to get down further and find something that will lead to Susan’s rescue.
