Laura herself noticed that there were a lot of rumors spreading on social media about Carly’s future and whether or not she was actually leaving Port Charles for good. The actress decided to set the record straight by tweeting out to her fans. When one wrote, “Been seeing posts saying @lldubs is leaving GH hope it’s not true!” she responded with, “I’m not going anywhere!!!”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for Laura’s fans and followers to weigh in on the matter. Many of them wrote, “That is wonderful news, I hate the fighting between Carly and Sonny enough is enough. The two best Characters who have amazing chemistry, some people need to get over themselves,” along with, “Glad to hear. Now I’m ready for Carly to get her stuff back and remove Nina from Donna’s life before she becomes momma Nina! Plus she just relocated to Kelly’s, but that’s still in Port Charles. It’s accessible by public transportation and there is plenty of parking out front. There are even bicycle racks.”
Another fan wrote, “I’m so glad question Laura are there going to be any #crew scenes together soon because it feels like forever since carly and Drew were together I really hope Drew won’t be in prison for that long I really miss seeing Drew and Carly together.”
