One of the many reasons why so many fans love The Young and the Restless is because it seems like the cast has just as much chemistry and love for one another on screen as they do off screen. It certainly makes your job much easier when you just happen to love the people that you go to work with everyday, right? Well, that’s probably what Christian LeBlanc was probably thinking to himself when he posted a brand new photo with his co-star Greg Rikaart. As many fans probably know already, Greg is celebrating 20 years in the daytime television business. Here’s what you need to know.
As many fans know by now, Greg has held roles on both The Young and the Restless and Days of Our Lives. He’s one of the few soap opera actors who pulls in the double duty and still does a great job with it! Christian shared an adorable photo of the two of them together and captioned it with, “You don’t get many of these in life so when you do get one love on them every chance you get!!! Happy 20th Anniversary little brother. What a gift you are! @gregrikaart @youngandrestlesscbs @dayspeacock #YR50.”
Awww! We are definitely feeling the love. Many of his Twitter fans and followers commented on his pic with, “You are great together. Perfect match for brothers. Some of the best Y&R episodes were written in those days. You two need something to make some mischief, isn’t Micheal handling something for Gloria? BRING HER HOME,” along with, “Love both of you! Wish Greg made much more appearances on the show, miss him. The brotherly love is evident. You two are the best!”
Another fan wrote, “As much as I miss Greg Rikkart on y&r …..I so enjoy him on Days!! What a great actor! He deserves to be celebrated because he is one of the best actors on television right now.”
