The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that while it might look like Liam Spencer wants the best for Steffy Forrester and that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to protect her, the truth is that she needs protecting from him. There’s creepy and obsessive, Thomas Forrester style and there there’s creepy and obsessive, Liam Spencer style. Now, that’s not to say that one is worse than the other but it seems like Liam is trying to brainwash Steffy into thinking that she absolutely needs him in her life. And there’s nothing worse than being in a relationship with a man who is trying to control all of your thoughts.
It goes without saying that there are a lot of The Bold and the Beautiful fans who have had plenty to say about this storyline. Some have taken to social media to weigh in on the matter with, “Can the show remember just a few short weeks ago Liam was saying Thomas was bad and a few short months that Thomas was evil. So my point is, Liam has two daughters, Kelly & Beth. One has a crazy killer step grandmother and the other has a crazy killer step uncle,” along with, “It’s time that both Hope and Liam wake up and realize they have a daughter.”
Another critic wrote, “Oh god these two. Here’s hoping JMW goes on maternity leave soon and takes Scott Clifton with her. I’ve been Liam and Steffied out for the last 10 years at least!”
But then there was this comment as well, “I’ll admit those Steam flashbacks and the family group hug at the end got to me. Damn JMW and SC for being so good together! I actually like Liam when he’s with Steffy and Finn has lost his mind so I’m good with a Steam redux once Jacqui gets back from her maternity leave.”
