General Hospital spoilers say that while we’ve learned that almost anything can happen in a town like Port Charles, it looks like the same can be said about life off the canvas as well. In fact, there’s some speculation that Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) might be joining The Hallmark Channel. Or at least, that’s what some fans are hoping for. Is Laura Wright joining The Hallmark Channel? Luckily the actress herself set the record straight. When one fan wrote, “I would definitely like to see you in a show like that would you ever consider doing a show like that Laura you and cameron,” Laura almost immediately responded with, “Ha. Yes !! we should do a @hallmarkchannel spy series. What do you say @CameronMathison ?”
It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans did have a lot to say about the possibility of seeing both Laura and Cameron on the Hallmark Channel. After all, they wouldn’t be the first daytime television duo to make the crossover from soaps to the cable network channel.
Some fans responded with Laura’s tweet with, “I would so watch that right away. If you and Cameron do a spy series for Hallmark, don’t forget that your character’s home or office would need some potted moss,” along with, “Or how about a romantic thriller for @lifetimetv with cameron playing a detective protecting your character from a killer that would definitely be an amazing movie also because you and cameron have amazing chemistry together.”
Another fan wrote, “Oh I would love to see you in that!! Something totally different to show your talent in a whole new way. I’m in for some kind of Hallmark movie. Laura you would be so perfect for it.”
