This time around the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are getting a lot of heat for a new project they’ve taken on that hits just a little too close to home. According to the latest reports, Harry and Meghan are looking to adapt a novel into a film which they will produce for Netflix. It centers on a parent who died in a car crash. And of course, a lot of people can’t help but wonder if this was Harry’s idea, or if it were Meghan’s, seeing how Prince Harry had lost his own mother when Princess Diana died in a car crash back in 1997.

Of course, many royal fans and critics alike have had a lot to say about the matter on various social media channels. Some have even commented with, “Meghan has been cosplaying Princess Diana for years, it’s how she manipulated Harry in the first place. Poor Diana can’t get any peace from this mercenary pair,” along with, “It’s at this stage I beg the question, why aren’t Diana’s siblings intervening? Her brother had a lot to say at her funeral so you would have thought he’d want to be active in looking after Harry & protecting Diana’s Legacy. Not just the RF who have distanced themselves.”
