The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that with their Forrester Creations fortune, you’d think that they would be able to afford some decent swim lessons for their daughter. After all, they do live pretty close to the beaches in California. Not only that, but they can easily afford some of the best nannies in the world. Yet, it seems like Steffy might be exaggerating in her anger towards Finn after she found out that Kelly had almost drowned at the beach after he turned his back for just one moment. Here’s what you need to know.
As many The Bold and the Beautiful fans know by now, Steffy is absolutely livid that Finn turned his back for a second when he was at the beach with her daughter Kelly. Luckily (or maybe not), Sheila was there and managed to rescue the little girl before she drowned. But the near death moment was enough for Steffy to flip out on Finn, prompting a lot of people to wonder if he’s really that bad of a dad or if Steffy might be angry over some other underlying issue here. That, or she could just easily be exaggerating.
It goes without saying that a lot of The Bold and the Beautiful fans have had a lot to say about the moment on social media. Some have commented with, “Ridiculous writing – they can’t find a nanny. That is true he shouldn’t have turned his back, but if he didn’t how could they make this ridiculous storyline work? Of course, he could have taken the call facing Kelly but why make it make sense all of a sudden. #BoldandBeautiful do better, for all of your stories,” along with, “Yeah, well she knows they don’t have a nanny anymore and could have picked Kelly up herself while Finn was working!! He could have used a hug after telling his mistake, not yelled at!!”
Another critic wrote, “Finn can be grateful to his mother, but he’s not getting it. Steffy can feel how she feels. Her daughter could have died, and one good act doesn’t mean Sheila has changed. Finn telling Steffy cut Sheila some slack is laughable.”
But there was this comment as well: “Momma bear Steffy was right. You don’t turn your back on kids at the beach. Like normal children, kids don’t always listen. Finn was wrong. Keep in mind, they were also sending viewers an important message to viewers.”
The Bold and the Beautiful fans will have to tune in every day to find out what will happen next.
