The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Billy Abbott is going to be forced to make a very difficult decision. That’s because he’s going to be forced to choose between Jack and Ashley as he is also going to have to figure out who he will be able to trust the most. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Jack and Billy have been having some major fights over the smallest and biggest things, all the while convincing Ashley that they are never going to get along. Actor Jason Thompson, who plays Billy on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way to the publication, “Billy is coming to terms with his identity and where he fits in the family and where he doesn’t fit, but he feels he has to preserve his father’s legacy. He wants to not only be a part of that, but he wants to see it continue in the best light possible – and Jack has gotten this company through some rough water in the past and he will do it again.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that at the same time, Billy knows that he’s going to pick a side in this raging war between Jack and Ashley and he doesn’t mind aligning himself with the better person in this situation.
Jason says that for his character, Billy’s “justification for it is that he has given both sides chances to relax and bring down the volume, but Jack and Ashley are locked in a downward spiral and tearing the company apart. The fact it, Ashley has taken off her patents before and left Jabot high and dry, and now she may do it again, so Billy wants to stop that from happening.”
