The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that even though he’s been a fan favorite for a very long time, even fans have noticed that it seems like Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is being thrown under the bus. All of a sudden the writers are making him look like a bad dad and a bad partner for Steffy Forrester. In fact, Finn is looking so bad that he’s actually making Liam Spencer look like a redeemable person, if that’s even possible. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest The Bold and the Beautiful, it seems like Finn does want his biological mother Sheila to have a connection with his family, much to the dismay of everyone around him and especially Steffy. She’s worried that Finn is not thinking clearly and that he might be also putting their family in danger by having Sheila around them.
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for many The Bold and the Beautiful fans to weigh in on the matter. Some of them even commented with, “All of a sudden Finn is a terrible dad and a terrible person just to suit this plot driven writing. Brad Bell is the worst soap writer in the business, and that’s saying something with Josh Griffith still in the game,” along with, “I couldn’t agree with you more. If the endgame here is to get Steffy and Liam back together again (WHICH I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT) does Finn have be sacrificed on the alter of the two WORST characters on Bold?”
Another critic wrote, “The only thing I disagree with you about it them being the two worst, they’re 2 and 3 behind the worst character in soap opera history, Hope Logan IMO. And no Brad I don’t love to hate her like Alexis Colby, you haven’t created a great character, I just roll my eyes when she’s on screen, which is far too much.”
