The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if there’s one person who can see right through him, you better believe that it’s going to be Chance Chancellor. In fact, it’s Chance who delivers the truth to Adam Newman and how he thinks that this new partnership with Sharon Newman is going to turn into a huge disaster. In the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Chance tells Adam that the only reason why he’s decided to partner up with Sharon is because he wants to stick a knife into his father Victor Newman’s heart. He tells Adam that he’s bitter and that Sharon is taking a huge risk working with him. If that weren’t enough, Chance also tells him that he’s looking for Sharon’s sympathy and that he’s someone who isn’t capable of letting go of his anger. It’s definitely hard to argue with that, right? If there’s one person who needs to hear it like it is, it’s Adam.
Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans have had a lot to say about this storyline. Some have even commented with, “Chance getting shot probably ruined that friendship. The bullet was meant for Adam but Chance took the hit. Probably blames him for putting themselves in that situation,” along with, “Sharon knows Adam is hiding his sadness and pain. It’s a cover. He’s not fooling her. But Sharon wasn’t looking too bothered. This is interesting. I like it.”
Another critic wrote, “Chance was spot on. Adam was asking for trouble and he got it. I understand that Adam is going back to the dark side because of the lost of his daughter, but he needs to dial a back. I think dark Adam is no longer a go.”
