The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that if there’s one person who might be able to save Steffy Forrester from the annoying waffler that Liam Spencer is, it’s Bill Spencer. And that’s not because he wants to get involved in his son’s messy love life, but it’s because he already did several years back. Here’s what you need to know.

As many B&B fans probably already know by now, a few years back Steffy was anything but a loyal wife to her husband, Liam Spencer, when she was sleeping with her father-in-law Bill behind his back. She ended up pregnant and while a DNA test did prove Liam to be the father of her child, there’s still the possibility that Bill might be the dad as well. After all, both Liam and Bill do share very similar DNA.

So if it were to be proven that Bill is Steffy’s daughter’s father, then that would give him a reason to make Liam back off a little bit from her. Liam might even be using their shared daughter as a reason to spend more time with her. 

It goes without saying that a lot of The Bold and the Beautiful fans absolutely do believe that Bill is Kelly’s biological father. Some have even taken to Twitter to share commentary such as, “I have been saying it for a few years that Bill might be Kelly’s bio Dad. It will break Liam to pieces for losing Kelly as daughter. Bill & Liam’s relationship want be the same any more Liam will feel cheated,” along with, “That would be a lot of soap bubbles there. I’d like it to happen. Liam would be shocked silly. Rock his world more than the kiss did.”

Another fan wrote, “Every true Steffy fan who is anti-fan of both Liam and Liam/Steffy couple wants this. We’re sick of the loser Liam,and the best thing for both Steffy and Kelly is to free them from him.”
