The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that even though it’s technically not his business, Liam is going to take matters into his own hands and confront Finn about his new relationship with his mother, Sheila Carter. Here’s what you need to know.

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Finn is none too pleased to see Liam at Sheila’s trial and tells him that he cannot be with Steffy again. Actor Scott Clifton, who plays Liam on the hit CBS soap, says, “ I think at this moment, Steffy is certainly not captured by Liam in any romantic way. She is happily married to Finn and she is good at setting boundaries and limits. He wants to respect her marriage.”

However, Liam insists to Finn that he may want to make sure that Steffy and Kelly are not in harm’s way anymore, especially when it comes to Sheila. Yet, after their little chat, Liam can’t believe his eyes when he sees Finn talking to his mother.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Liam?

Scott says, “He’s like, ‘Oh, look, Finn isn’t so perfect, and in fact, Finn is potentially a danger to Liam’s child.’ There’s absolutely some motivated reasoning going on here, but Liam is not wrong that Finn is beginning to cultivate a sort of intimate relationship with Sheila, and it’s is dangerous for his family and his daughter, and he does have a reason to step in, just to make sure that Kelly is not vulnerable to that dynamic between Finn and Sheila.”

With that said, it looks like Liam is going to make every effort to be involved, even though he knows that he shouldn’t be involved. Maybe Hope was right when she said that she always knew Liam was still in love with Steffy in the back of her mind.
