Days of Our Lives Spoilers: EJ Gets Genetic Testing

It’s the kind of test that is certainly going to keep them on pins and needles until they get the results. Days of Our Lives spoilers say that EJ and Nicole will meet this week with a baby specialist who wants to check EJ’s DNA for genetic testing. Here’s what you need to know.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: EJ Gets Genetic Testing

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, actor Dan Feuerriegel, who plays EJ on the hit Peacock soap, tells the publication in a new interview, “I think this is more for the audience. They have an inkling that this may not be EJ’s baby, but EJ doesn’t. He got the paternity test results before and was cool with them. This is being done to make sure that the baby is okay, that there are no abnormalities, so EJ’s fine with it. This is what the expert wants, and this is what the expert is going to get.”

However, Days of Our Lives spoilers say that soon after the testing is done, Nicole runs into Eric and Sloan and she finds out that Sloan is pregnant with his baby. While EJ congratulates the couple on their pregnancy, Nicole has every reason to believe that something might be off. 

Dan continues, “For EJ, it’s like, ‘Okay, sweet, Eric’s fully out of the way now. He’s got his own baby to deal with. EJ knows that Eric will always have a role in Nicole’s life. Eric has been there for her for a very long time, and EJ understands that this might feel a little bit weird for Nicole. But EJ is doing his best at being a good father, being a proper father, and being there for Nicole, because she has been through a lot.”
