Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Lani Convinces Eli And Paulina Abe’s Alive-But Who Will Rescue Abe?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that even though Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) is found and will be saved, Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) still in trouble. With Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) still in California, and Lani unable to get to her father, that leaves Abe still needing rescue!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Lani Price-Grant Rescued

Rafe Hernandez, (Galen Gering) Jada Hunter, (Elia Cantu) and US Marshall Sam Gerard (A.K. Murtadha) all rushed down to the docks after learning Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ransom, Jr.) talked to Lani. Rafe and Jada were shocked to find Lani near death and immediately rush her to the hospital, where Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) is able to identify the drug injected. Lani had been in Whitley King’s (Kim Coles) apartment getting ready to push Abe out in his wheelchair when she was injected by Whitley.

Back at Salem University Hospital and given the antidote, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) are contacted and rush to the hospital. A groggy Lani tells her mother and husband what she saw in Whitley King’s apartment.

DOOL Spoilers: Lani Price-Grant Has Some Difficulty Getting It Out

After being so heavily sedated she almost died and the antidote just starting to work, Lani has some difficulty getting it out that Abe is actually alive. Rafe and Jada are still occupied with the Marshall who wants to get Lani back to prison and now the prison warden shows up and is tasked with guarding her.

So she can’t rescue her father, and at first both Eli and Paulina think she’s hallucinating from the drug, but finally she does get through to Eli. Eli realizes that Lani is telling the truth and remembers Rafe telling him that he had gone to the apartment and thought he heard noise inside but no one would answer!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Abe Carver Rescued, Whitley King Arrested

Thanks to Eli, Abe is ultimately rescued and brought into Salem University Hospital for treatment and Whitley’s arrested. Paulina comes to the police department and slaps Whitley nearly out of her chair, while Lani will have to say goodbye right after he wakes up. Abe will still have a long time in recovery, with his amnesia only compounded by all the drugs that Whitley injected into him.

But the main thing for Lani to be happy about is that whether she is able to keep on the early release date program or not, Abe is alive. Even better, she had something to do with finding him and getting Eli to complete his rescue.
