It looks like the producers of the show are paying attention to what the fans are saying after all. General Hospital comings and goings say Molly Lansing-Davis has been recast yet again. This comes after many fans were quite upset with how actress Holiday Mia Kriegal was performing on the show. Here’s what you need to know.
As many fans are probably aware of by now, actress Haley Pullos was replaced by Holiday after her near-fatal car crash back in April. Courtney Wilder says that the soap opera star crashed into his vehicle while she was driving in the wrong direction on a busy California freeway. When Haley swerved her car, she flew over the dividing barrier and into oncoming traffic. To make things even worse, she ended up colliding head-on with another car that was going 60 mph.
Well, it seems like Holiday’s time has come to an end and Halley is not coming back to General Hospital anytime soon. The new Molly in town is actress Brooke Anne Smith. She made her debut on the show during the July 19th episode and of course, many fans had a lot to say about it. Some have even commented with, “It sounds like a permanent recast to me when it’s states “the new Molly.” It referred to the last actor as a temp recast,” along with, “Brooke Anne Smith was in a great show called too close to home . She’s a really good actress . Great to hear she’s on General Hospital.”
And there was this comment, too: “So that probably means Halley is not coming back. Here’s hoping that the new Molly does a great job. Welcome to Port Charles. I hope that she stays long enough that people will see her as her character. There have been too many changes lately.”
With that said, General Hospital fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next! Watch this space.
