The Bold and the Beautiful alum Rena Sofer, who was best known for her role as Quinn Fuller, recently shared some very heartbreaking personal news. Keep reading below for what she has to say.
Rena shared that her dog, Princess Caroline, has passed away. Sharing a photo of her beloved pup, Rena captioned her post with, “It is with great sadness that my family has lost our beautiful Princess Carolyn. She has crossed the rainbow bridge to be with our other lost loves Lola and Iggy. A brother and sister who may not have known her but will be welcoming her to her with open paws. We fostered her during the pandemic and gave her love and comfort and safety the last 4 years of her long life. She came from the streets and shelter life and deserved a beautiful home full of warmth and love and that is what she got. Out of all of our dogs she was always everyone’s favorite.”
The actress continued, “I cannot urge everyone enough to please foster and open your hearts and homes to a dog or animal in need. The older ones are really the best because they just want a safe space to lay their heads and feel peace. Princess was such a gift to our family and we hope we did her proud. Rest in peace my beautiful girl. We love you so much. My husband @sbookstaver took this last pic of her.”
Needless to say, it didn’t take long at all for Rena’s social media followers to share their condolences. Many of them wrote messages such as, “I’m so sorry for your tremendous loss @rena.sofer and @sbookstaver . You gave her the best life, and you will be with her again one beautiful day in heaven. Rest In Peace sweet angel girl,” along with, “I am so sorry for your loss Rena I lost my fur babies last year two of them it’s heartbreaking and sad but I’m send hugs and love to you.”
