The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will meet with his wife and concur about the divorce. Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) decided that Liam’s impulsive decision about their marriage being over left her with no choice.

Her impulsivity led to a trip to Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) condominium. The viewers were privy to what Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) shockingly discovered.

Hope felt compelled to turn to Thomas. Doing so was driven by the feelings she admitted to having for a while and in response to Liam’s utter rejection.

However, Liam implored Hope not to rehire Thomas months ago. She agreed with Liam’s advice.

But the next day Hope went along with Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) suggestion that Thomas be rehired. That saved Hope for the Future from being shut down.

Liam felt doom approaching when Hope informed him of her reversal. He also warned his wife that trouble was brewing if she went with Thomas to the Forrester Creations’ fashion event.

Steffy happened by Liam after he saw Hope and Thomas kissing. That was a coincidence intended to push the plot. The odds of him first finding that pairing on the city streets and then witnessing them kissing during the moments they did so were astronomical.

It was also highly unlikely that Steffy would run into Liam after he was stunned by the development. But that all had to happen so he could kiss her.

Along the same lines, Liam is teased to be at Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) Il Giardino when Steffy is there. Doing so will enable a conversational update to be passed along.

Soap audiences are loyal to their shows. But fans desire fresh takes.

So, it does not feel like viewers want Steffy to leave John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) for Liam. That would repeat well-worn history and break up a couple that is valued.

Liam is choosing bachelor status. He is used to having two great women, Hope and Steffy, who want to be with him. But the current storyline projects Liam to be alone on B&B.
