See, Meghan Markle does enjoy spending time with her Markle family members after all. The Duchess of Sussex was spotted hanging out with her cute pup, Guy Markle, at the Montecito Farmers Market this past weekend. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the new reports, the Duchess of Sussex was spotted buying flowers while she was out and about with her dog at the Montecito Farmers Market. But of course, the outing didn’t come without controversy. A lot of people pointed out that dogs are generally not allowed at many farmers markets across the country because it is generally seen as a health violation. Well, that didn’t seem to bother Prince Harry’s wife as she went about her business with Guy by her side.
Needless to say, many royal fans and critics alike sure did have a lot to say about Meghan’s outing on social media. Some have commented with, “Evidently, it’s a health code violation to bring a dog into the farmer’s market. But if her bodyguard was holding Guy outside while she was shopping, that would be fine. She always looks so easy breezy – when I go to the market, I look like I’ve just come from the town dump.” along with, “What I found sinister about the whole bringing a dog to the farmers market debate was that the Daily Mail used a picture from a completely different farmers market to labor their invalid point!”
Another critic wrote, “Meg goes to flea market with her dog. OMG they are so desperate for anything even a completely normal visit to a farmers market. She looks great and yes when I go to the farmers market I also bring a big bag to bring home my stuff. I hope she and her pet had a good time and found all they were looking for. Just Meg living her life there is no need for pearl clutching. I’ve never been to a farmer’s market where people don’t bring their dogs.”
