General Hospital spoilers say that if there’s anything that we’ve learned about Anna over the years, it’s that you better believe that she will execute every plan she has with precision. But the plan she has in mind right now is a little bit more risky as she agrees to let Dante help her in her hour of need. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Anna meets with Dante and Sonny and tells them that she wants to use herself as bait to flush out the identity of the person who tried to shoot her at the Metro Court. Actress Finola Hughes, who plays Anna on the hit ABC soap, says, “This whole idea of Anna offering herself up as bait to draw out a suspect, I think is such an interesting concept. I’ve seen it before in movies or television shows about detectives trying to catch a serial killer or something like that, and part of me feels like Anna is doing it because of what happened to Curtis, that he was shot with what could have been a bullet that was meant for her that went astray. She doesn’t want anybody else to get hurt. I feel that’s very Anna: ‘I can stand on my own two feet.’ But at the end of the day, she can’t do all this alone.”
General Hospital spoilers says that Dante tries to talk Anna out of this, but since he can’t, he tells her that he wants to be her backup. Finola explains, “She hesitates at first, but she capitulates because of Dante’s commitment to their friendship. Plus, they used to work side by side, and he is very trustworthy in her eyes.”
