She’s got those dangerous curves on lock for a reason. Days of Our Lives star Jessica Serfaty, who is best known for her role as Sloan Peterson on the soap, recently opened up about her health and her fitness regime. Here’s what you need to know.
The beautiful actress opened up to Soap Opera Digest about some of her healthy eating habits. She told the publication in an interview, “Don’t let yourself get so hungry to the point that you pull up to McDonald’s. Keep snacks around, like Honeycrisp apples with peanut butter; buy or make your own mixed nut bags and put berries in them.”
Jessica also loves to keep busy in the gym. But that’s pretty obvious, right? She explained, “I have a trainer, and I love doing Pilates and hot yoga; I like taking dance, boxing and spin classes. I’m in and out of the gym in an hour. It’s an easy goal. You can do almost anything with resistance bands. Ankle weights are also good. That’s all you need if you’re going to do something at your house.”
Luckily for Days of Our Lives fans, they’ll be getting to see much more of Jessica on the canvas in the coming months ahead. She was placed on contract as of the May 22 episode. Fans are so happy as they’ve commented on her success with, “The rivalry between Sloan and both Chanel and Nicole can be played for both drama and comedy with some great one liners. Looking forward to see where they take her.”
Another fan has said, “I guess her back story is that she came to Salem recently and her sole purpose was to go after Paulina and Chanel. Either way Jesisca has some great talent. The combination of the talent of the actors and the stories they are given do make a difference.”
