The Young and the Restless spoilers say that a lot of fans can’t help but wonder why the writers of the show didn’t follow up with this little piece of information in one of the most recent storylines. Apparently, Elena was hoping to bring JT back to Genoa City to get more information about his brain tumor and what exactly happened between him and Victoria Newman. Sadly, that never happened. Here’s what you need to know.
It wasn’t too long ago that Elena wanted to bring JT back to town. She said she was doing research about brain tumors, but clearly she just wanted him to come back to Genoa City to disrupt things between Victoria and her man, Nate Hastings. Actually, make that Victoria’s man now.
Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans have taken to social media to weigh in on the matter. Some have commented about it on Twitter with, “What happened to Elena wanting to bring JT back to town? I know but it was implied he’d think about coming to town. I don’t see why they’d hint at that and not follow through,” along with, “I think that was before her and Nate broke up and she wanted him back to keep Victoria distracted or whatever, no use for him after the break up.”
Another critic wrote, “Either Thad Luckinbill was too busy or The Young and the Restless Head Writer Josh Griffith forgot about the story. Nate isn’t that great of a guy to have gone through that mess. Either way, this isn’t the first time there has been a hole in a story on this show.”
Now, no knows exactly what happened or didn’t happen, but it’s safe to assume that JT wouldn’t want to come back to this fictional town of Genoa City, especially with everything he’s gone through in the past, right?
