General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Loses Trina, and Esme Makes Her Move

General Hospital spoilers tease Spencer, Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) has had his work cut out for him cohabitating with his ex girlfriend, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). It hasn’t been easy censoring his feelings, holding back on what he really wants to say, and trying to skirt Esme at every turn as she continues to get in the way of his relationship with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

But as luck would have it, it is now Spencer who is getting in the way of his relationship with Trina. Since they came back from Greenland, this couple has had a little alone time to share with one another. That, compounded, with the fact that Spencer can’t stop reminding Trina he’s not quite as reformed as she wishes he was, could spell the end of this relationship this summer.

General Hospital Spoilers — Trina Can’t Stand Spencer’s Bad Behavior

Recently, Spencer and Trina met up with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) at a bar out of town. Their double date night didn’t get off to a good start — and ended promptly — after Spencer leveled Dex square in the jaw. Trina couldn’t get over her boyfriend’s arrogance, citing how much she hates it when he acts like this. Honestly though, Spencer was just being himself. Perhaps she has forgotten who he really is.

GH Spoilers Indicate Esme and Spencer Go All in for Ace

Spencer has licked his wounds for a few days, despite the fact that he brought it all on himself. Trina has been giving him a bit of the cold shoulder, and he’s letting her cool down. He assumes that they will be able to work this out, but his assumption will be proven wrong when he invites even more trouble his way in the interim.

Esme and Spencer are scheduled to take a parenting class to help them work together and coparenting Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). When that gets off to a rough start, and ends even rougher with Joss railing against Esme, Trina’s best friend, will be surprised to see Spencer step in to defend his baby brother’s mother.

General Hospital Spoilers — Ex-Girlfriends Can Be a Soft Place to Land

Esme could take Spencer’s chivalry and defense of her as a sign that they aren’t quite as far apart as either of them thought. Maybe there is hope yet for these two to find their way back to one another. While Trina is ignoring Spencer’s apologies, Esme just might keep the home fires burning with her unconditional understanding and support of him. Esme may not remember how she used to feel about Spencer, but that doesn’t mean she is blind to the feelings she is trying to beat back now. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers.
