Say it isn’t so! General Hospital spoilers say that there’s maybe a chance that Nicholas Chavez might be moving away from the daytime television world. Now that he has a new role on a new Netflix series, the producers of the hit ABC soap have given him time off to film his new project. But will Chavez want to come back after it’s all wrapped up or will he want to move on to bigger and better roles in the entertainment industry? That’s what fans want to know. Keep reading below!
According to Deadline, Nicholas has just landed a role on Netflix’s Monster Season 2. He is starring in the new Ryan Murphy anthology series. Nicholas will play Lyle in Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. A lot of people believe that this might be his first step up in his career. And we all know what that means – his time on General Hospital might be done.
It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “I think I read today that it could be months before the strike ends. By that time Chavez’s contract may be nearing the end anyway. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. Heck! He might not want to leave a good paying gig for an unknown. I thought Bryan Craig was going to be a big star when he left GH. It’s all a gamble with luck involved.”
Another critic wrote, “Happy to know they will give Nicholas time off to do outside projects and he”ll continue to be on GH at least until his contract is up.Nicholas is such a brilliant actor can’t see this show.Hopefully the writers get what they’re owed soon.”
