Call it intense, call it crazy, heck, you can even call it abusive. But for a lot of The Bold and the Beautiful fans, they are calling it an Emmy-worthy performance. Of course, we are talking about actor Scott Clifton and the way he’s carried the show this past week as an angry and betrayed Liam Spencer. A lot of fans are saying that Liam has come off as being so scary and so believable that Scott definitely deserves to get some Emmy recognition for his acting. Liam Spencer is livid at this wife Hope Logan and clearly, he has every reason to be. While in Italy, Liam witnessed Hope getting very up close and personal with Thomas. The two were kissing, leaving Liam feeling heartbroken and betrayed by his wife. Hope had promised him before her trip that nothing would happen between her and Thomas, yet here we are.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that while there’s still so much more to come with the aftermath of this kiss, Liam ripped into Hope for betraying him in Rome. During one extremely intense scene, Liam tells his wife, “Say it with me, Hope. Say it. I kissed Thomas.” Hope was in absolute tears and needless to say, so were many B&B fans out there. We haven’t felt emotional like this over a soap in a very long time.
Many fans and even critics believe that the scenes from this past week have been a highlight for Scott Clifton and his career. It goes without saying that this is his moment to shine! Here’s hoping that he’ll get the Emmy and everything else he deserves from his stellar performances. Watch this space as we have a feeling that the best – or maybe even the worst from Liam – is about to come.
