The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Summer Faces The Music, Kyle Doesn’t Care?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and rumors tease Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) will face the music, and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) won’t care! Kyle warned Summer when he walked in on her, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) that they could all be arrested-and it may be down to the wire!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Chance Chancellor Warned He Couldn’t Avoid Arrest

Recently, Summer and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) had a conversation about her mother and how much she knew about her being alive. There is proof of her being alive, but Chance told her that if she, or her brother for that matter, were caught with her they could be arrested. Chance couldn’t do anything about it, they would be guilty of aiding and abetting a fugitive, and Kyle split from Summer over the situation even though his own mom was freed.

Summer could face the music this week and Kyle won’t care-as long as he’s not caught up in an arrest. Meanwhile, Phyllis had tried to get Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc’s) help, and he warned Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) was anxious to prosecute; it sounds like it’s out of both their hands.

Y & R Spoilers: Victor Newman Trying To Help Summer Newman-Abbott

Victor Newman, (Eric Braeden) Summer’s grandfather is trying to help-Michael told Phyllis about his men trying to track down Carson, (Walter Belenky) the EMT. Victor knows if Phyllis were to face charges than Summer would be arrested as well, and probably also her brother Daniel, who broke the news using Summer’s story as his own.

Not all is gloom and doom, however as Summer and Daniel will have a pleasant get together at the Genoa City Athletic Club in spite of all the mess. If Carson can be caught and compelled to testify that Phyllis was working with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) under duress, then it won’t be so bad for Phyllis. If Phyllis has mitigating circumstances, then so do Summer and Daniel and the punishment may not be so harsh.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Mother And Daughter Caught Together?

It’s possible, since the GCPD are on the alert for Phyllis, that in spite of their efforts, she and Summer could be caught together and Summer will face the music! Phyllis, however may slip away as Summer tells her to run, since Phyllis suffers a setback later, and may not see that Summer’s arrested. Daniel, no doubt will somehow get a message to their mom that Summer’s been arrested, the police hearing Summer’s warning to Phyllis.

As for Kyle, he won’t care-he won’t post bail or any such thing, he wants a divorce. It will be left to Victor and Michael to help Summer, and to continue to help Phyllis.
