Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Kate MacMullen, who plays Willow on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way in a new interview with the publication, “For Willow, there has been so much fear of the unknown in this situation. She’s been so anxious about her health, and being in the isolation bubble at the hospital added to the challenge. It’s been a waiting game of, will the transplant take or not? So, when TJ delivers the good news, it’s definitely music to her ears, even though there are still complications that could happen.”

Thankfully, Willow will have a small circle of friends and family that can still visit her while she’s at home. She just can’t return to normal life yet because of her immune system. General Hospital also spoilers say that as Willow thinks about her future, she also thinks about some of the people that she needs to forgive in her life. Her near-death experience has certainly brought her a lot of clarity.

General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Willow?

Katelynn adds, “Willow has literally just been sitting in that bubble, having nothing but time to think about her life and what she would like to do differently. She’s been saying to Michael, ‘You should forgive Sonny. It would make everyone’s lives better and more peaceful if you forgave him.’ But she’s not following her own advice. With all that in her mind, Willow is thinking, ‘Okay, I have no excuse now when it comes to my mother Nina. I want to try to do things a little differently this time and not hold on to the resentment if I can help it and try to be a better person.”
