General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny’s Music Contacts-Will He Bring Lois Back To Help Confused “Eddie”?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) music contacts he told Ned Quartermaine/Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) about might be Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer). At least one of them, anyway-it might be that Lois in person might be able to get “Neddie” back to himself better than looking at an old photo album!

General Hospital Spoilers: Will Olivia Quartermaine Bake A Cake?

Olivia knew the Cerullo family growing up in Bensonhurst but whether she knew Lois at the time is questionable-whether she’ll bake a cake for Lois to jump out of is doubtful! She didn’t know Ned until after she moved to Port Charles, and didn’t seem to know him as Eddie back in the day. But Olivia will be for anything that helps Ned remember and return to his Ned Quartermaine persona, and if Lois can do that she’ll be all for it.

For Ned to remember Ned, he has to remember all of Eddie not just parts and pieces, and so far he only remembers parts-a black guitar but not anything else! He seems to remember touring but not his manager, Lois, let alone marrying and having a child with her, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

GH Spoilers: Bringing Part Of His Past Into His Present Is Worth A Try

Bringing a part of Neddie’s past into his present is worth a try, Sonny understands amnesia better than most but with his, it was different than Ned’s. Sonny didn’t have an identity, and he guessed his name was “Mike” because he had his father, Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) watch. Remembering one’s identity and past can’t be forced, although in some cases it can be triggered, and that’s what he hopes to do by calling Lois in. Besides, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) really needs her mom with her dad not remembering her-and this Eddie isn’t the Eddie Sonny even remembered.

General Hospital Spoilers: Recreating Some Memories?

It’s been enough years since Ned and Lois divorced that maybe recreating some memories might jog “Neddie” to the surface. They’ll have to be good memories, not bad memories because bad memories might be why this has happened. When Ned broke away from the Quartermaines and was living a double life as Eddie and married Lois, he was trying to escape the repressive world his mother trapped him in.

Eddie might claim he never wanted a family but that’s not quite true and wasn’t for Ned, although it seems the family brain injury curse has gotten to him. He’s the one who ran out and pulled AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) from the car he wrecked and got Jason Quartermaine, later Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to GH.
