The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that while a lot of people knew this was going to happen, there were also a lot of people that were hoping it wasn’t going to happen. Of course, fans know what we are talking about: Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan’s reunion. Now that the dust has settled and they are back in Los Angeles, they are about to start the next chapter in their storied romance. Here’s hoping that this time around things stick, right? Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Ridge and Brooke are trying to figure out what to do next after their trip to Italy. But then again, it’s not like they haven’t been in this position before, right? They’ve gotten together just to break up and get together again so many times that fans have lost count of it all already.
Actor Thorsten Kaye, who plays Ridge on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “Brooke is the one who initiates this. She says she wants to be with him. This was not supposed to be a reunion trip but it did kind of work out that way. There is something about that city that makes you think about things you should be thinking about, like love.”
But things aren’t as simple as they seem, especially since Taylor is still in Los Angeles. Ridge is going to have to contend with the fact that she still has some serious feelings for him. Thorsten says, “When they were in Rome, all of the problems they had were left at home. But when you are in Rome and you are served something as beautiful as a Brooke cocktail, you want to have another, but when they return to Los Angeles, that’s a whole other story. But I don’t think Taylor is out of the picture by any means.”
