General Hospital Spoilers: Nina’s Not Sure If She Can Trust Ned

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Ned woke up after sustaining a brain injury which now makes him believe that he’s a man named Eddie Maine. This of course has caused a lot of heartbreak for his family. Ned’s wife, Olivia, is hoping to spark some of her husband’s memories, but it hasn’t happened so far. But with Nina, her concerns are different. However, she does believe that she might have caught a break by having Ned hit the open road before Sonny makes him an offer and persuades him to stick around.

Actor Wally Kurth, who plays Ned on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way to the publication in a new interview, Sonny tells him that he’s got connections in the music industry in town, local labels and studios. He says, ‘Look, I’ll help you out. I’ll help you get a manager, I’ll help you get your music career going.’”

General Hospital says that before Eddie responds, Sonny is called away, so Nina tries to influence him to turn down Sonny’s offer. Wally continues, “When he says, ‘I have no reason to stay here,’ she’s the one saying, ‘That’s not a bad idea.’ She seems to be much more understanding of Ned’s dilemma in a way that other people aren’t and he appreciates that. He actually really likes her and trusts her because she’s not challenging things he doesn’t or telling him he needs to be something he’s not.”
