The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, June 26, indicate that now that the threat of prison is over, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is a little more willing to be a bad girl!

Some people, like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), think that Diane has changed, but others, like Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) see her as the same old threat she has always been. The fact that these four are living under the same roof makes for an interesting dynamic.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Diane Is Changed?

On Monday’s Y&R episode Diane acts like her old self again, and the ever-watching Ashley could take this as a justification for some dirty shenanigans against her. No doubt she’ll ask for Tucker McCall’s help.

With what she does, Diane defies Jack’s request to stay out of things but could it be that she acts out of benevolence? Diane lies to her son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) but Jack calls her out on this. Diane wants Kyle to be happy so it might be that she arranged for him and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) to find themselves together.

If this is the case Kyle may rebel mightily since he is very angry with Summer lying about knowing her mom was alive, which impacted his mom Diane; Diane’s gesture could backfire tremendously.

Meanwhile Kyle expresses his wish to separate, telling Summer she should move out of the Abbott mansion. She thought that she could bring her betrayed husband along to her way of thinking, so this request devastates her. Elsewhere look for Jack to make a stunning announcement.

Jack and Ashley have been warring recently, but after some wise words of wisdom this week from their sister Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), he may be ready to make a magnanimous move. If so, he’ll have to look out for the possibility that a newly reinvigorated Diane could blow things up.
